I just wanted to let you know how impressed I have been with Scherer Chevrolet. I have had many experiences with dealerships over the years, and unfortunately, most of these experience have been negative. Upon coming to Scherer Chevrolet on my first visit, my experience was AMAZING!!! Tony Dietrich was great with listening to my needs and working with me to give me the best price for my Cruze. I really liked his relaxed approach and I never had a feeling like he was being a “sneaky” salesman. Additionally, the Service Department has been great with always being friendly and answering all of my questions. Being a female, I am not familiar with car related things. In saying that, I never felt intimidated or stupid for asking what could be a silly question. Leanne, you have personally been a great help in regards to my inquiries about winter tires, responding to emails and phone calls promptly and always answering any question I had. Lastly, I just wanted to mention that I live in Guelph and there is a Chevrolet dealership there which would be more convenient to go to for my needs and I would never even think of going there for any of my service or sales needs. I will drive to Kitchener for the great service!!!

I would like to share my service experience at Scherer Chevrolet Buick GMC and recognize 3 of your employees for making it very positive.
I brought my 2010 Buick Enclave into your dealership last week for regular servicing. I indicated there was a grinding noise in the steering column and was told a part would have to be ordered (under warranty) and I would need to bring the vehicle back in so that it could be replaced, a job that typically takes 4 hours. So I scheduled an appointment and travelled back from Toronto yesterday to have the work completed. I had an appointment for 10:00am but due to poor weather conditions and traffic problems, I arrived at 10:50am. I had scheduled an appointment in Cambridge for 11:00, thinking there would be plenty of time to make that appointment, after you had indicated that someone could provide transportation to and from the appointment while my vehicle was in your shop. I called you in advance of my appointment to let you know I would be at least 30 minutes late.
When I arrived, Trevor Wagler took my keys and said they would get the work completed as soon as possible to get me on my way back to Toronto. Trevor was very warm & personable and quickly introduced me to JJ Fitzgerald who drove me to my appointment in Cambridge. JJ picked me up promptly when I was ready at 1:00pm and on the way back to the dealership, he stopped so I could pick-up a sandwich for lunch. He is very accommodating and such a nice person.
When we arrived, my vehicle was parked out front and Matthew Mazza told me it was ready to go. I was very pleasantly surprised to learn the work was completed because it had only taken 2 1/2 hours. Matthew promptly prepared the paperwork and sent me on my way. As I was leaving, I asked you to help me pair a new device to the Blue Tooth technology. Not a problem, you had me setup within a matter of minutes.
It was a pleasure to work with your team. Service is an obvious priority for you and your employees and as one of your customers, I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the experience.
I would like to extend my personal thanks and gratitude for the work and Commitment you provided in helping me secure my Dodge Nitro from the Auction. Your knowledge of the auto market with respect to pricing and Value was very helpful and you provided terrific advice upon which I Could make a decision.
